Where we get personal information from

  • Directly from you
  • Publicly available sources
  • Third parties: Contact details may be passed by removals companies or other Professional Organisers after obtaining your permission. Data may be shared by your communication, social media or banking systems during interactions.

How long we keep information

  • Records about services provided, appointments and transactions are retained for up to 7 years from the date the last service is provided to support continuity of service should you return later, for compliance reasons and to manage complaints
  • Some data may be retained by our systems providers for longer in accordance with their data retention policies, until OrganisedWell closes the account. For example email subscriber information is retained until the record is deleted or OrganisedWell account is closed, in order to avoid re-subscription
