Hi, I’m Laura, Professional Organiser and Founder of OrganisedWell.
Based in Nottingham, UK, I work with clients across the Midlands, in-person and online, to help them create calmer, more functional homes.
I’m an organised working mum — well, most of the time — runner, coffee drinker, spreadsheet lover, and someone who butters toast right to the corners.
I set up OrganisedWell in 2018 to help busy families create calmer homes with simple systems that fit real life.
I believe in “a place for everything and everything in its place”, but I also know that real homes are lived in. Things change. Families grow. Routines shift. Belongings build up. Sometimes the system that used to work simply does not work anymore.
My approach is practical, supportive and completely non-judgemental.

Do I need to have completed the Calm Home Declutter Challenge first?
No. Calm Home Momentum is a natural next step from the Calm Home Declutter Challenge, but you can still join if you did not take part.
It is designed for anyone who wants guidance, structure and support to make steady progress at home.
Is this more decluttering or organising?
Calm Home Momentum can support both, depending on what your home needs.
The focus is on helping you continue making progress. That may mean decluttering an area that still feels full, organising something that has become difficult to manage, or creating a simple system that helps your home run more smoothly.
How much time will I need?
You do not need whole days free.
The programme is designed to fit around real life. You can use the prompts in short bursts, or spend longer on an area if you have the time and energy.
What if I fall behind?
You cannot fall behind in a home that is yours.
The prompts are there to guide you, not pressure you. You can work at your own pace and choose the actions that make sense for your home.
Do I have to share photos or updates in the group?
No. You can take part quietly if that feels better for you.
You will be encouraged to share progress, questions or small wins if you want to, because the group support can be very motivating, but there is no pressure.
Will you tell me what to get rid of?
No. I will never tell you what you must keep or let go of.
I’ll guide you with questions and practical prompts so you can make decisions that feel right for you, your home and your family.
Is this suitable if I’m not naturally organised?
Yes. You do not need to be naturally organised to join. Calm Home Momentum is designed to give you gentle structure, practical guidance and encouragement so you can make progress in a way that works for you.
